1. Eligibility

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use this Site.

1.2. By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and truthful.

2. Orders and Payment

2.1. Placing Orders: Orders can be placed through the Site 24/7. Simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

2.2. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with order details, payment confirmation, and shipping information.

2.3. Payment Methods:

  • We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, ApplePay, SamsungPay, Mobicred, and EFT processed through Payfast or Peach Payments.
  • All transactions are conducted in South African Rands (ZAR) at checkout but your charge on your card will be the same as the price displayed on the store.
  • Payment information is processed securely; we do not store or access your payment details.

2.4. Order Changes or Cancellations:

  • Changes or cancellations can only be made before the order is shipped.
  • Contact us immediately at customercare@ingane.co.za for assistance.

2.5. Pricing:

  • Prices are listed in ZAR and are subject to change without notice.
  • While we strive for accuracy, in rare cases, errors in pricing or availability may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders or adjust prices if such errors are identified.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Domestic Shipping: Orders within South Africa are delivered via The Courier Guy.

3.2. International Shipping: International orders are handled by DHL Express.

  • Duties and taxes are excluded from the checkout amount and must be paid by the customer.
  • Customers can estimate these charges using the Simply Duty Import Calculator.

3.3. Shipping Times:

  • Domestic: 5-7 business days.
  • International: 7-14 business days.

3.4. Tracking: Customers will receive tracking details upon order dispatch.

3.5. Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Costs arising from incorrect addresses will be charged to the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

4.2. Return Costs:

  • Domestic customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • International customers are responsible for all return-related costs, including shipping, customs duties, and taxes.

4.3. Refunds: Refunds are processed after item inspection and approval.
