How Are Items Shipped?

  • Domestic Deliveries: All domestic shipments within South Africa are handled by BoBGo using various couriers, offering reliable and door-to-door delivery services.

  • International Deliveries: International shipments are facilitated by DHL Express, ensuring fast and secure delivery worldwide.

    • Duties and Taxes: International orders do not include duties, taxes, or customs fees in the checkout amount. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the destination country's customs office.
    • Estimate Duties and Taxes: To calculate the approximate amount you may need to pay, visit the Simply Duty Import Calculator.
  • Expedited Shipping Options: Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and can be selected during checkout.

  • Orders are processed and shipped after payment has been received and cleared in iNgane's bank account.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated in real time based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • These rates are automatically determined during checkout using live rate calculations via our shipping platform.
  • Free Shipping: Domestic orders over R900 qualify for free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Orders within South Africa are typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • International Orders: Orders shipped internationally via DHL Express may take 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including customs delays for international shipments.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Accurate Shipping Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be charged to the customer.
  2. Customs Duties and Taxes (International Orders): Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international shipments. These charges are not included in the checkout amount and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities upon arrival in the destination country.   3. Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
  4. Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure a physical delivery address is provided.
