Orders and Payments

  • How do I place an order?

    Simply browse our website, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

  • Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

    Orders can be modified or canceled only before they are shipped. Contact us immediately at customercare@ingane.co.za with your order number for assistance.

  • How can I track my order?

    You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

    • International Orders: Track your shipment with DHL Express by clicking here.
  • What payment methods do you accept and is it secure?

    We accept payments via:

    • Credit/Debit Cards
    • ApplePay and SamsungPay
    • Mobicred (In South Afirca Only)
    • EFT through Payfast or Peach Payments

    Payment Security:
    All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store or access your payment details

Shipping

  • How much is shipping and how long will it take?

    Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the weight and value of your items and the destination.

    • Free Shipping: Domestic orders over R900 qualify for free shipping.
    • International Shipping: Please note we only offer discounted shipping from DHL Express
    • Domestic Orders: 5-7 business days.
    • International Orders: 7-14 business days.
  • Are duties and taxes included for international orders?

    No, duties and taxes are excluded from the checkout amount. These are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the destination country's customs office. To estimate these charges, visit the Simply Duty Import Calculator.

Returns & Refunds

  • Can I return my order?

    Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs fees for international orders.

  • How do I request a refund?

    Contact us at customercare@ingane.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
